Creative Writing

This week, I will be doing a creative writing like using random first line prompt. For my story, I'm going to write a story that has the line, "The victim was trying to write something as he was dying." So this is my story.

One hot summer afternoon, a man named Ben Dover was enjoying watching TV and eating a bowl of ice-cream when suddenly, there was a knock on his door. Ben came to the door and was surprised to see a man with a gun aiming at his head. He had no idea who the guy was, and what does this guy want? The guy introduced himself and he said his name was Saad Man. And apparently, he asked Ben for the money. Ben bravely said,"You can have my money, when you pry it from my cold dead fingers." But Saad didn't even like what he said, and without warning, he pulled the trigger. With a loud bang, Ben slowly fell to the floor. Saad didn't really need to waste time looking for money, so he ran away. The victim struggled to crawl to the table and managed to get a paper and pencil on the table. Afterwards, the victim was trying to write something as he was dying,"I love my family and I will not be forgotten. As he was finished writing, he dropped the paper out of his hands. He was dead.
